L-intervista mal-avukat Ann Fenech, il-President tal-Eżekuttiv tal-PN L-avukat Ann Fenech qatt ma pparteċipat b'mod attiv fl-istrutturi tal-Partit Nazzjonalista u dan minkejja li dejjem segwiet il-politika mill-qrib. Madankollu f'intervista mal-gazzetta ILLUM, Fenech ammettiet li wara t-telfa storika tal-Partit Nazzjonalista ħasset li kellha tagħti sehem ikbar fi ħdan il-Partit.  Fenech fissret kif hi tinsab mimlija ħeġġa sabiex tara li l-PN ikun aħjar. "Dan huwa mument eċitanti ħafna għalija. Qed niltaqa' ma ’ bosta nies li f'ħajjithom qatt ma ressqu lejn l-istamperija u qed jikkontribwixxu ħafna lejn il-partit." Hi spjegat ukoll kif hemm persuni li kienu jmorru l-istamperija madwar għoxrin sena ilu mbagħad waqfu, u issa reġgħu bdew jattendu u jagħtu sehemhom. Watch Prof. Edward Scicluna At first, the Minister of Finance, Hon. Edward Scicluna, tried so hard to make it a point that the  Individual Investor Programme (IIP)  had nothing to do with the government deficit or due to a weary financial status. However, a few seconds later he made a counterargument that rebutted what he had just stated: "yes the deficit does count in the sense that the government's hands are tied with fiscal governance and keeping the deficit below 3% and therefore we wanted another medium to handle investment... long-term investment..."  Hon. Scicluna stated that the investment programme must be developed and this will incorporate more bonding by 'the investors' with Malta. The person will come here and will reside in Malta and ideally will have some property in Malta ...
